These Terms of Service govern your use of EmberOS. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You agree to use EmberOS lawfully and not to misuse the AI tools, attempt to disrupt the service, or infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you create and publish.

Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity within your workspaces. Role-based permissions let you control team access.

Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers may subscribe to EmberOS using either a monthly or annual subscription plan.
• Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the EmberOS Billing page or the Stripe Customer Portal.
• After cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew after that date.
• Customers will continue to have full access to all features included in their subscription until the end of their paid billing period.
• First-time customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of their initial purchase. Refund requests will be reviewed individually.
• After the initial 14-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, since access to the EmberOS platform and AI services has already been provided.
• EmberOS reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests in cases involving duplicate charges, billing errors, fraud, technical issues preventing use of the platform, or other exceptional circumstances.

AI-generated content

EmberOS generates content with AI. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy and recommend human review.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets and the content you create. EmberOS retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying technology.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmberOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
